Bram has guided us through our house hunt for two years and patiently spent many weekends and weeknights with us looking at possible homes. His insight into the real estate market, his knowledge of the neighbourhoods of the city and his professional and ethical business attitude made him a wonderful person to work with. After bidding on several homes, we finally won our favourite property based on smart bidding advice given by Bram. We are very thankful to Bram and would work with him again, should the opportunity arise.
